Rights Presentation:

  • Rights presenter of DIE WYN & WILDSFEES.
  • It will therefore be known as DIE WYN & WILDSFEES presented by the sponsor.
  • The sponsor's logo will be included along with the festival's logo.

    Logo Presentation:
  • The sponsor's logo will be included in all official advertising and marketing materials.
  • The sponsor's logo will be included on the event tickets, wristbands, as well as the glasses given to all attendees of the event.
  • The sponsor's logo will appear on the event website with a link to the sponsor's own website.

    Trademark:
  • Various marketing opportunities and a marketing plan will be created once finalised locally.
  • Any additional marketing opportunities will be at the sponsor's expense.
    The sponsor's logo will appear on any special mentions.
  • In the event that dedicated space is required by the sponsor for marketing application purposes, this space will be provided as part of the sponsorship fee.
  • However, all other costs related to marketing will be borne by the sponsor.

    Tickets & Hospitality:
  • 200 access tickets per day on Saturday and Sunday of the general event.
  • Additional tickets can be purchased at 25% less than the selling price.
  • A dedicated and exclusive sponsor's area will be created for the sponsor on these two days.
  • However, all costs associated with this area will be borne by the sponsor.

  • The Outdoor Arena:

    The “sponsor” outdoor Arena

    • Branding in and around the Outdoor Arena of 20 000m2+
    • A dedicated space of 20m x 20m for the sponsors
      promotional purposes, (all costs related to the promotion within this area will be for the sponsor’s account)
    • Includes 120 general access tickets per day on the Saturday and Sunday of the event
    • Additional tickets can be purchased at 25% less of the selling price.
  • The Entertainment Area:

    The ”sponsor” Entertainment area

    • Branding in and around the Entertainment area of 2400m2
    • Branding of the main entertainment Stage & extended hours.
    • A dedicated space of 10m x 15m for the sponsors promotional purposes, (all costs related to the promotion within this area will be for the sponsor’s account)
    • Includes 80 general access tickets per day on the Saturday and Sunday of the event.
    • Additional tickets can be purchased at 25% less of the selling price.
  • Exhibitor Halls 1 & 2:

    • A dedicated space of 10m x 10m for the sponsors promotional purposes, (all costs related to the promotion within this area

    • Includes 60 general access tickets per day on the Saturday and Sunday of the event.
    • Additional tickets can be purchased at 25% less of the selling price.
  • Exhibitor Halls 3:

    The ”sponsor” Hall

    • Branding in and around the Hall of 1350m2
    • A dedicated space of 10m x 20m for the sponsors
      promotional purposes, (all costs related to the promotion within this area will be for the sponsor’s account)
    • Includes 50 general access tickets per day on the Saturday and Sunday of the event.
    • Additional tickets can be purchased at 25% less of the selling price.
  • The Saloon Lounge:

    The ”sponsor” Saloon Lounge

    • Branding in and around the Saloon Lounge of 600m2
    • A dedicated space of 10m x 5m for the sponsors promotional purposes, (all costs related to the promotion within this area will be for the sponsor’s account)
    • Includes 45 general access tickets per day on the Saturday and Sunday of the event.
    • Additional tickets can be purchased at 25% less of the selling price.
    • The Saloon lounge will be a fully secured area for the safety & security of guests & exhibitors alike.
  • The Craft Shed:
